- The WhatsApp inbox is fixed at 2 agent seats and 500 guardians per broadcast on every paid tier. Only the automated-reminder count rises up the ladder.
- Need a full sales or support desk on WhatsApp? That is ChatBolt.
- TutorPod's inbox handles replies to your own reminders. It is not a sales or support desk: there are no imported contact lists, no chat flows and no website widget. That is ChatBolt.
- A reminder is one outbound templated message to a student, guardian or tutor enrolled in your own academy, on WhatsApp, email or in-app. Extra reminders: Rs 1,750 / $6.30 per additional 1,000 reminders.
- Extra tutor accounts: Rs 40 / $0.14 per tutor account per month beyond your plan's count. A tutor account is a teaching login.
- Office seats are counted separately from tutor accounts and are included at 2 on Free, 10 on Academy, 25 on Academy Pro and 60 on Institute. They are not sold individually; move up a tier for more.
- Transcribed class hours cover recordings made in TutorPod's own live classes. Extra hours: Rs 180 / $0.65 per class hour. For meeting, interview and podcast transcription beyond classroom recording, use Foran.
- Extra branches on any paid plan: Rs 750 / $2.70 per branch per month.
- WhatsApp Business API conversation charges are billed to you by Meta at cost and are not included in any IfCondition plan.
- Card, bank-transfer and wallet processing fees on the fees you collect from families are charged by your payment provider.
- Microsoft 365 account provisioning with directory sync, Teams call monitoring, managed-device binding and remote lockdown, and the training academy with tests and certificates are add-ons, quoted separately and not included in any tier.
- Live class monitoring, screen and audio review, and call recording are consent-based and must be enabled per academy in line with local law.

- A message is one individual message sent or received through the ChatBolt inbox, across WhatsApp and the website widget. Your plan's monthly allowance and any extra usage are counted in the same unit. It is not a single outbound templated send, which is what TutorPod meters as a reminder.
- WhatsApp Business API conversation charges are billed to you by Meta at cost and are not included in any IfCondition plan.
- The assistant runs on IfCondition's own engine, so no plan carries a per-reply AI fee — including image and voice-note understanding, and replies in all five languages.

- Extra translated minutes past your bundle are sold in 100-minute blocks at $8.00 / Rs 2,220 per block, on all paid plans. The Free plan never charges overage: it pauses at 30 translated minutes until the next cycle or an upgrade, and there is no card on file.
- Live mode and whole-clip mode, practice mode, save-and-replay, your own voice, live captions and speaking into Zoom, Teams and Meet are on every plan including Free. Plans differ only in translated minutes, seats, session length and saved corrections.
- A translated minute is counted only on speech actually processed, rounded up to the nearest 15 seconds per session. Silence, listening and paused sessions are not counted.
- Minutes are pooled across every seat on the plan and reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused minutes do not carry over.
- Private deployment inside your own network is a Scale add-on. It is quoted and scheduled separately after a scoping call, and is not provisioned within 24 hours the way a subscription plan is; reach us through our Contact page for a timeline.
- Your voice is generated live and let go at the end of each session on every plan: no voice profile is stored and there is no voice sample to submit. If you save a spoken translation from the playback controls, that file is yours.
- Sub-two-second delivery, filler-word cleanup, live captions and support for several people speaking at once are part of the product on every plan, not a paid upgrade.
- Urdu, Arabic and English are included on every plan in both directions, with Roman Urdu alongside the Urdu script and full Arabic tashkeel. New language pairs are added to all plans as they ship, at no extra cost.

- Recording, instant share links, HD playback, 0.5x to 2x speed, jump-to-moment links, timestamped comments, reactions, the trim-and-cut editor and password / team-only / expiring sharing are free forever on every plan, including Free. Paid plans buy transcription volume and the write-ups built on it.
- Extra transcription beyond your monthly minutes: Rs 180 / $0.65 per additional transcribed hour, billed by the minute. Each recording is rounded up to the nearest whole minute.
- Transcription minutes are pooled across the whole workspace, reset on your billing date and do not roll over. On Free, transcription pauses once the 30 monthly minutes are used; recording, sharing, playback and comments keep working.
- Extra workspace members beyond your plan's count: Rs 300 / $1.08 per workspace member per month. A workspace member is a person who records and uploads in your workspace, not a TutorPod tutor account or a ChatBolt inbox agent seat. Viewers who only watch, comment or react are unlimited and free on every plan.
- While your account is open, Foran does not delete your recordings on a schedule. You can download a raw copy of any recording at any time on every plan, including Free, and edits never touch your original file.
Billing, delivery, cancellation and refunds
These apply to every plan on this page.
- Billing is monthly. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle at the then-current price, charged through PayFast in your billing currency.
- Cancel any time, from your account settings or through our Contact page. Cancellation stops all future charges and takes effect at the end of the cycle you have already paid for, so you keep access until then.
- Access is provisioned immediately, and within 24 hours of a confirmed payment at the latest. Anything that needs configuration first, such as a private Lehja deployment, is scheduled with you and we keep you updated until it is live.
- Not satisfied? Ask for a refund within 7 days of a payment. Billing errors and failed provisioning are refundable too. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, in the currency you were charged. Full conditions are in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- Every price on this page is inclusive of all applicable taxes. Any tax that applies is shown before you pay.
- Usage above your plan's included limits is charged in arrears and appears on your next invoice, never mid-cycle. You can set a cap on extra usage, or switch it off entirely, in your billing settings.
- Everything we sell is digital. Nothing is shipped, so there are no delivery, handling or courier charges. You own the content you put into our products.
